1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "your") and Selling Social, Inh. Felix Tepmann ("Just Great Content," "we," "us," or "our"), located at Pfalzburger Str. 72A, 10719 Berlin, Germany, concerning your access to and use of the website justgreatcontent.com (the "Site") and the services provided through it. By accessing the Site or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site and our services immediately.   

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date indicates the most recent revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Site and our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Services

Just Great Content provides on-demand SEO-researched blog posts through two options:

Single Blog Post: $99 per post.
Subscription Plan: $699 per month for ongoing content.
Both options include unlimited revisions.

3. User Representations

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

4. Payment

We accept online pre-payment via PayPal, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. Payments are processed for both one-time purchases (Single Blog Post) and recurring subscriptions (Subscription Plan).

5. Refunds and Trials

Single Blog Post: Unlimited revisions are included. A money-back guarantee is offered before content approval.
Subscription Plan: Unlimited revisions are included. A one-week trial is offered with a 75% refund if canceled within the first 7 days.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment and content approval (or after the refund period for single posts), you own the delivered blog post content with full copyright usage rights. Just Great Content retains no ownership or rights to the delivered content after this point. All intellectual property rights related to the Site itself, including its design, code, and content (excluding the delivered blog posts), remain the property of Just Great Content.

8. Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from the use of our blog posts.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Just Great Content shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Just Great Content harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of your use of our services or breach of these Terms.   

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved informal through customer support or if unresolved, via mediation followed by binding arbitration.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Just Great Content regarding the use of our services.
